CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES

No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY CLEARANCE FOR CONTENT DISSEMINATED THROUGH THIS WEBSITE

JFE Shoji America, LLC does not post any content known to be improper or infringing in any way against any party, company, or individual. If information posts are deemed as improper or infringing, we take this seriously and this should be brought to our attention immediately so that we can take the proper action and or investigate the claim and make adjustments, omissions, or replacement of the information in a timely manner.

Any information that is found to be controversial, offensive or infringing and published and/or distributed by JFE Shoji America, LLC will be removed, replaced, or rewritten to ensure it is compliant with our policy.

DO CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS HAVE SPECIFIC PRIVACY RIGHTS?

SUBMITTING A REQUEST

Before JFE Shoji America, LLC can honor your request to delete or know your personal information, JFE Shoji America, LLC must be able to verify that you are the person making the request. Therefore, we will need to get some information from you before we can process your request.

WAYS TO SUBBMIT A VERIFIABLE REQUEST:

Confirmation. Once JFE Shoji America, LLC receives your information through “Contact” page, we will send you proof. That confirmation will provide you with information about how JFE Shoji America, LLC will process your request and may ask you for additional information that you need to provide or actions that you will need to take. If you are (i) requesting to know specific pieces of information or (ii) requesting that we delete your personal information, you will need to provide JFE Shoji America, LLC with a signed declaration, under penalty of perjury, that you are the person whose personal information is the subject of the request. You may make a request to know or a request to delete through an authorized agent. To make such a request, the agent must submit proof of your written permission to serve as your authorized agent and provide satisfactory verification of their own identity. This does not apply when you have provided the authorized agent with a power of attorney pursuant to Probate Code sections 4000 to 4465.
